BC Hydro Heat Pump Rebate
Upgrading your electric heating system or switching from oil heat to an electric air source heat pump? Consider installing a heat pump, which can be more efficient than a traditional electric furnace or baseboard heater. Unlike other heating and cooling systems, which convert fuel or electricity directly into heat, a heat pump moves heat from one place to another in the same manner as an air conditioner.
BC Hydro offers a rebate of $800 on select air-source heat pumps. For more information and how to apply, visit BC Hydro’s website.
