Mr. Mills has been involved with residential construction as planner, sales consultant, inspector, and energy efficiency advisor for 30 yrs. He has also instructed educated home owners through workshops on energy efficiency for 5 yrs. Mr. Mills has constructed two of his own energy efficient homes incorporating latest innovative technology. |
